Instead of AP scalin shield give him HP scalin shield. It would be so bad. ? just a question and maby for test. instead of Mix Ap Bruiser now push him into CC lock Down Tank with HP scaling
Predatorator1 votesi'd rather have him to stay as as mixed damage bruiser, since as you said, the lock down tank role is filled pretty well by nautilus. however, it would be nice if the shield could scale by %bonus health...possibly avoiding other nerfs to his damage

I agree, Scarner's W scales must be changed.
