Why can't we choose to not see those pinned posts all the time?

No one quite cares about them anymore. All I see is an outdated post that doesn't apply to 2017, some propaganda discouraging us from speaking our opinions, and the occasional dumb post a warden pinned up, after he got mad that no one noticed his post before-hand.

"Let's talk about Caitlyn!!" I don't care about Caitlyn.

"Imma ban EVERYONE who asks me to unban BakaPrase!!" Cool! No one really gives a shit.

"Have no fear! Wardens are here!" So what? The only difference is that now there are a bunch of sweaty, angry nerds who've been given the privilege of pinning their own posts to get more recognised than the other sweaty, angry nerds, who probably made better, more insightful posts in the past.

So unless I'm a retard, and there is a way to not see this, then damn. At least put it at the bottom of the screen, instead of the top.

Yah its pretty stupid. Some guy has a blue name and he doesnt like Caitlyn, so lets pin a post to talk about Caitlyn nerfs. Thats not biased abuse of power at all.

Funny enough, I've been working on something that'll clear up most stickies across the sub-boards. I know this is a major pain point for Boards users, so I'll try to get it going as soon as Thunderdome is over!

Do you have any constructive feedback that you want to share? If you have better ideas, then what are they? It's easy to criticize when you're not the one making the decisions.

I think it would make sense for pins to actually be an expandable menu with a notifications number for them. Like (3) unseen pins. When the pins expire of course he notifications should too.

What the op says is legitimite though. I don't want you to think that just because he's toxic in approach that what he says isn't founded.
