Dynamic Que, Play with friends!

Hi

I'm PhantomGG, formerly known as PhanatosG2, here is my 3rd rant on dynamic que after seeing roundtable and a few other things.

flaws -kills the very meaning of ranked -harms competitive value -makes elo boosting much easier -poor match making -timers -game mmr set ups are wackadoodle, plays against golds, challengers against diamonds -pre made fives against 5 solo?

major flaw in ur debate -it only affects challengers

my view

everything scarra said

a good match maker should do the following

-create fair gsmes -good timers

the modern system fails to do that for all elo

solo carrying now is even harder for all elos. especially if you are good for according to what riot said when you are in the 2 and 1 divisions of ur elo u have a high chance of facing pretty made fives. so u are punished for climbing, not rewarded.

last time I checked this system was placed upon all elos, we all felt the repercussions. while some felt it more than others, we indeed all suffered the back lash.

The community for the most part greatly dislikes the new system from bronze to challengers.

The pros hate it famous content makers hate it and your casuals hate it

How many people must voice how much they hate this system for a proper solo experience?

You say it is a team game but here is a fact

A lot of us are just dudes and dudes who like to game. the majority of us don't play with friends and struggle to make new ones.

How is that group of people going to find a team? While yes it is a team game, you should not enforce people to add total strangers. You don't even have a proper social forum or chat site set up for players to meet other players. You don't even have a pm system for us to message people on the forums we find interesting.

the only system we have is team recruitment and hope our post gets read and not overlooked. Than we have to hope the person who did read it was not a creeper.

So to clarify you are enforcing us to meet new people for ranked without us having a efrective system to meet new people?

just my thoughts

A team game doesn't preclude solo queue anyway. That's a silly argument. Over a large sample of games, a solo player will get to his skill level (external factors, like teams, even themselves out) and it can be accurately compared to other solo players (unlike with DQ where you don't even know the queue configuration). A ranked system where you can't directly compare players has no merit.

I guess the biggest point I may have failed to get across to the public is this.

how can you compare players when some may be solo while others are legit teams.

you shouldn't grade what a person got on his team as the same thing as what a solo player got.

it's kinda like comparing a basketball squad to a mma fighter.

both are athletes but specialize in completely different fields.

when you play solo by choice or unfortunate circumstances for example social awkwardness. you learn a completely different set of skills.

-you become more mechanically focused -you tend to solo split push more, for you don't trust ream fights -you tend to play more damage carry focus champs

when your with teamates you tend to focus on

-shot calling -creative 3 to 5 man starts -team fighting

most people will agree that playing on a team requires a completely different set of skills. while it is ideal to have all of these skills, your play behavior effects which you priortize.

not to mention the difficulties a solo player and a team had are much different.

to put it to a conclusion, hoping I better worded myself

I strongly don't support grading two completely different things on a single latter
