Why does Akali NOT have a faster/smoother autoattack animation?

For a champion that relies heavily on her autoattacks to deal damage, it's so annoyingly difficult to proc her Q most of the time.

? I have not played akali much sence they removed runic glaive but i never had an issue with her autos. And anyway you proc her Q using her ult most of the time. Also if auto speed is your issue try Nashor item 3101 (couldnt find nashor so settle with stinger). however im not sure how that would work because you wouldnt get it untill late game(. item 3146 and item 3100 are too important)

You cant pro her Q with ult, unless i'm mistaken. Look at Katarina's autoattacks and see how smooth and sharp it is.

If you ult onto anything and don't give any other commands Akali will automatically aa whatever she ulted. It's a nice little interaction that helps proc her Q.
