Can "on-hit" effects stop stacking together ?

I think those champions already have a problem if they're so dependent of Duskblade + Dark harvest

ReshiKillim1 votesDuskblade is mainly supposed to be a crutch for the assassins who had their burst patterns to be changed so they have more counterplay, or for those who have innately slower burst patterns.
Unfortunately, champions who didn't need it utilize it easiest.
