Can we make Marksmen attacks into skillshot like twitch ult for counterplay?
While twitch ult is hard to dodge because of its high range and projectile speed, it can be dodged. This is because each attack is actually a high speed/ranged skill shot. This leaves room for it to be dodged by blinks and dashes allowing assassins like Zed to be able to go in on twitch without taking too much damage.
On the other hand, ADCs would still be good vs tanks/towers. This would just give assassins a better chance vs marksmen.
What are your thoughts?
