Klepto needs to be an on-attack, not an on-hit.

Obviously, allowing an ADC to get twice as much gold passively than Draven ever did isn't an intended effect.

Its to add a more interesting playstyle. Though it may be too strong but that can be solved by nerfing ezreal.

What I'm asking for wouldn't take it away from anyone. It would only stop Ezreal from abusing it at double the range of any AD-- but he could still use it.

It's weird how Ezreal's becoming everything they didn't want Azir to be.

I mean, it is on attack, like any spellblade proc. the problem is that it functions as an on hit with how Ezreals q works; because Ezreal breaks everything.

Its an onhit. Sheen effects only work on basic attacks - which is why ezreal and GP can use it.

if i understand the OPs post, they want klepto to work on abilities too?

No, on-hit and on-attack are two similar but different kinds of triggers.

Runaan sending its secondary bolts or Statik procing its lightning is an on-attack effect, for instance. It's when you attack that it triggers, not when your projectile hits the enemy, and you can't double it by using a Rageblade, even though Rageblade doubles all on-hit.
