As soon as I saw the legality changes, I knew those champs would get hit hard. I thought they were suppose to be AD casters? yet those item changes don't favor them. The crit/cdr from
doesn't do much in terms of their spell damage, just their spell rotation and auto attacks.
It feels like the only AD casters that really benefit are assassins/melee champs.
Can we get an item for ADC ad casters?

Because lucian now has the lowest win rate as an adc.

The ad casters cant utilize crit build because it makes their skills do no damage.

Ralanr2 votesTo be fair, the armor pen ADC builds were kinda nightmareish balance wise and made those ADCs unintentionally stronger than they should have been. That's one of the reasons for the changes towards lethality.
Now you're right that this does hurt caster ADCs more than it hurts heavy AA ADCs like Twitch or Vayne, but I don't think we should be making ADC specific armor pen items when the class is built around crit damage. It'd make more sense to buff the weaker marksmen or nerf those that are too strong.

It doesn't have armor pen/ lethality. Low ad and needs to use AA to proc. I'm talking about something that increases the damage of their actual abilities, not their AA.
