So, yeah, ADCs.
ZERO ARMOR PEN CAITLIN, shreds a Malphite with >450 armor as if he were a glass ADC, and does 800+ damage to anyone who isn't Malphite MORE THAN ONCE A SECOND at extreme range, with no cost, drawback, risk, skill, aiming, or anything.
But no, ADCs are fair and balanced! They take skill! They have counterplay!
Let's also not forget how horribly toxic spellvamp is, but how extremely healthy it is for someone to right-click and become more of a drain tank than Vladimir or Swain. Yeah, that's totally balanced.
... Yeah. Fuck you, Riot.

had an 80% crit chance build with 210 ad from items 30% lifesteal from items and +105% attack speed not including runes/masteries +9 ad runes and + 11% attack speed . masteries of +4% attack speed +2% lifesteal +1% damage for every champ killed (assume she killed all 5 ) so +5% damage + 7% armpen and key stone fervor of battle , then she has the merciless mastery for +5% damage for targets below 40% hp. if you were considered "isolated" cait did +2% damage to you. dont really need arm pen when you have dps stats like this
which would make her crits do 250% damage so lets say she crits one time base damage with crit would be 760 that is with out headshot passive, and with out caluclating all the bonus damage amplifiers she has from runes of =1% damage per unique champ killed up to 5% +7% armor pen and lets say you are isolated so that +2% and you are now below 40% hp +5% and she has full stacks of fervor at lvl 18 on you which is 112 bonus damage per auto so 760+5% is 798+ now malph has 245 base armor +30% from ability passive which with out runes /masteries is 319 armor and she has 7% armor pen which gives her 23 armor pen reducing his armor to 297ish. so 798 +2% damage is 814 damage and you are now below 40% hp for +5% damage 855 damage +112 bonus damage from keystone for is 967 on crit before arm pen and with out headshot passive
and of course before any damage reduction items the target may have.
