Let ADC champions rely on base damage from auto attacks to deal damage and damage from their abilities. Enough of these right clicking bullshits just building crit and dealing x2 their own base damage just for building items.

Make it so they do some kind of % damage. Make ADC's do what they're supposed to. Reasonable damage against squishies and big damage against tanks.
