Fiora and Yasuo Theme and Gameplay Issues

Personally I think Fiora's Passive and Ultimate don't fit her theme and also have really obnoxious gameplay mechanics. First off, her passive completely goes against the idea of a duelist, its very cowardly, she doesn't fight you she just pokes you than runs away and waits for it to be in front of her again. Not much you can do about it because she heals and gets MS boost. Her ultimate healing her entire team is ridiculous too, she is a duelist not a healer. Her Ultimate is not that bad mechanically, as far as her theme, I just think the heal doesn't fit her.

Yasuo passive is absurd, the double crit should have been one of the first things to go. It is one of, if not the most problematic part of his kit. The ridiculous powerspikes he gets combined with how his kit works makes him OP when he is in a good spot, but also completely useless when he isn't. Just remove it... He deserves a passive that better fits his playstyle and theme, he is a mobile fighter that flows around a fight dodging abilities and hitting his opponent quickly then backing off... almost like the passive of a different champion...

I think Yasuo should get something similar to Fiora's Passive and Fiora should get an entirely new passive. Yasuo fits so much better, it would make so much sense on him. He flows in and around, hits your vitals then backs off. If done correctly he gets to whittle his opponent down, if done wrong he goes in and has no escape. This gives him the high skill floor he should have and highly rewarding gameplay when you are capable. Rather than him being practically paper until you get 2 crit items and suddenly he is out-dueling everyone. It would also give him a bit of sustain, which would mean he would have better survivability in lane and Flow Shield and Windwall can be changed to not be so reliable and obnoxious to deal with. Just as a last thought, I also think his ultimate should have a longer cool down when he uses an allies knock-up and only have its current cool down when he uses it off his own knock-up.

Fiora deserves a passive better suited to her out-dueling her opponent through skill and grace. I believe something that rewards her for attacking and staying in a fight would be best. I don't have any good ideas on this, but I was thinking something to do with allowing her to use her abilities more would probably be good.

Something like: When Fiora stays in combat for X amount of seconds without taking damage she gets a charge on her last used ability that allows her to cast it for free and without it going on cooldown.

I know its not perfect, but I think it needs to be something that keeps her in a fight without giving her random healing and %HP true damage.

How is the %HP true damage random?

It actually makes more sense on Fiora than on anyone else who has it because she's targeting vitals. Vulnerable and unguarded areas, striking through her enemy's defenses. You know, like a grand duelist should.
