Yay Lane Maokai Nerfs

Top lane Maokai is an oppressive piece of shit champion that I absolutely hate, always good to see it nerfed.

BUT unfortunately I still love jungling Maokai, and every single thing they do to him attempts to shift him even more out of the jungle and stuck in top lane. He used to be such a flexible pick, able to jungle, top, ap mid, support, and even adc at one point. Now he's just an extremely boring top laner and very rarely a jungler.
