What if you could change your runes in the Loading Screen?

Don't mind me, I'm just suffering from a long line of ranked games full of shit teammates, sending me down from S1 to S3 overnight.

But now, I got an Anivia with Press the Attack. Yay!

Think that any time in the future, you could implement a feature that lets you change runes in the loading screen?

It's not like runes can counter anyone else anymore, given how straightfoward they all are.

So, the entire game would crash and stall everyone else for 4 minutes just because Anivia put on a better rune in the loading screen? Is that what you're hypothesising?
