colesy5 votesidk, maybe because the people insane enough to play riven in high elo are the ones who main her, only play her and know her inside out? shouldn't they therefore have a solid win rate if they live and breathe that champion?
we're in a tank meta where riven is pretty shit at tank busting, has a hard time getting near carries with all of the dashes and CC flying around and the OP decides to be a little bitch and complain about a champion which is, to be honest, pretty shit right now when played by your average (= me) player.

Her play rate has been decreasing. He play rate in diamond+ has dropped by 20% since the introduction of cinderhulk. Of the people playing Riven up there right now more than half could be considered mains. If the player your against knows their champion better than you do, they stand a good chance of being more relevant, even if your champion counters them.
It's the same thing that happened when they removed LB's silence; her win rate shot up because only people good at her kept playing her.

Purple Death2 votesThats kinda the standard winrate in diamond.. and riot didnt do anything. No buffs were given to her besides the controversial black cleaver. She has very definitive weaknesses ( Low durability ) and strengths ( High dmg, High mobility).

Hasztalan21 votesThe new bc is useless for Riven. The movespeed small hp and cleave doesn't synergize with her kit. She has high mobility already, her shield is the survival for her and the cleave is useless for stacking. A good riven kills u frmo 3-4 hits already don't need to stack up the passive asd.
Btw ye she is a stupid champion. Wonnder when wll they realise she could be fixed just by giving her mana to manage.
