In terms of: Balance and theme.

She seems to tend to be more on the overpowered side of the scale rather than on the underpowered side. Very strong top laner with high damage in trades as well as movement utilities and debuffs that lets her choose when to disengage.

Her strengths are quite apparent just playing playing a game against or as her, but her weaknesses doesn't seem small. Kiting will definitely work against her.
