boricCentaur14 votesThis is what happens when you try to balance a champion who was originally played as a tank and was never played for damage then you do a 180 and start balancing it around them doing damage.
Frog goes moo2 votesI'm pretty sure he initially, on release, had ridiculous ap ratios and then was nerfed once people found out that you could just build full ap instead of building majorly tank items like the items recommended. After that nerf, pro players found out had his damage reduction (which is now removed) and Flash W is way too reliable and he was abused in proplay until he was nerfed again. And then they tried to rework him for solo queue, and then he was abused in solo queue and proplay again. Now they just ended his career. What a ride.
Let's see what next season brings.
boricCentaur12 votesI just check and no his radios were not nerfed in fact his q radio has buffed the patch after his release. I think your thinking of 7.21 galio that is where started to just build full ap.

I mean... Galio wouldn't be so hard to balance at all if the balance team guys actually started to look at him like an anti-AP tank, and not like a burst mage/hypertank hybrid.

Imbetterthanmoe2 votesTbh i think tank galio is still viable. He has large amounts of cc and can just soak up damage. Although ap galio was better pre-nerf this is by far more optimal now and seems to work fine for me
