Will ekko still be pretty much perma banned after 6.11?

I'm really hoping he isn't after the changes.

I want to climb with him since he's been my favorite champ for a good while, but he's pretty much banned in most of my games.

It's possible, but nerfs to him and Kindred seem decent enough to get them out of the spotlight a little bit.

6.11 shows Ekko getting really big nerfs. I think he'll get banned less but tank Ekko will also be less effective
