Is riot going to compensate champions who relied on fervor?
Because for champs with low AD ratios 112 on hit vs 60 is a huge difference...

Is getting some changes soon, so hopefully she can get some good buffs. Though she probably will still use Fevor still

Shyvana is better with Strength of the Ages anywa- oh...
Can't wait to try that shit on
But I'm not looking forward to
Critting with that extra AD :L
But I'm not looking forward to Critting with that extra AD :L
Technically if he has infinity edge he will be critting for an extra 135 damage. That's slightly more than the original 128 of the current meta.
it'll also empower Last Breath tho And doesn't his Q have an above 100% AD Ratio?
You are correct that it has a 100% AD ratio because it is essentially an auto attack(it applies on hits). That means that he has been applying that 128 fervor damage on his Q too. Yeah it will empower his last breath, im assuming they will just lower the base damage on the ability if it gets too strong.
Oh, I thought Yasuo's Q AD Ratio was higher than 100%... I think I consufed it with Fiora's...
Oh god Fiora... 115% AD on Q, more AD = more %hp True damage
There are a bunch of champions who might work well with new fervor, I'm honestly curious to see how it'll work out. A few examples of champions who might like new fervor (even more) :
(tiger)
Perhaps we might even see some R-Evolve Bruiser
build with Fervor, but that's a pretty wild guess :P
I don't think it's gonna change too much. fervor does 128 right now so unless they have crit or a 200% ad ration on something they will be doing about the same amount of damage.
Now that it gives AD instead of On-Hit Physical damage, it'll empower Rivens AoE abilities, Yoricks Ghouls, Olafs Axe etc.
Well yeah, but on Udyr, irelia, and kled, they mostly use AAs so it's a big nerf.
Udyr's Tiger stance: Udyr's basic attacks deal 15% AD bonus physical damage. The DoT also has an 80% AD Ratio.
Irelia has a pretty damn good AD Ratio on her Ultimate
And Kled is gonna like that shit on his W, and Q yank :P
Udyr's Tiger stance: Udyr's basic attacks deal 15% AD bonus physical damage. The DoT also has an 80% AD Ratio.
so with 60 bonus AD that's gonna be an extra 60(onhit)+9(from tiger stance)+48(from DOT) that's a total of 117 bonus damage from one basic attack+tiger stance DOT. Compare that to the extra 128 damage from FoB right now, i don't see an issue.
Irelia's ult is 70% bonus AD. Thats gonna be a whopping 42 extra damage per ult. She will be doing an extra 168 damage per target late game. I guess you can say that's strong, but the amount of damage she will now be missing on AAs will compensate.
Yeah kled will probably enjoy it, enough to get his winrate back to 50%.
Hey, I understand this might be hard to grasp, but 112 on hit really wasn't healthy by any measure. Fervor was horribly broken and abusable by just about any toplaner and ADC. Compensation really isn't needed because they shouldn't have been able to do that in the first place.
The most problematic Fervor top-laner, Yasuo, will be just as much of a problem with the new Fervor. More-so if anything.
ADCs will barely be less of a problem.
All of the champions that weren't huge problems with it are the ones getting hit the hardest.
I think Fervor should be removed entirely, TBH. Warlord's and DFT already scale better with the majority of ADCs than most APCs. Why do all of ADCs' options get to lie in Ferocity, which has most of the highest-value masteries in all three trees? Meanwhile, Cunning and Resolve are loaded with options people would never take if they didn't have to.

But 60 AD isn't healthier. People think this is a nerf to Fervor THIS IS NOT A NERF These changes are to make Fervor less of a general keystone champions could turn to if they couldn't use DFT or Thunderlords very well.
However these changes are only going to have the effect of nerfing sustained damage carries
are a few examples.
The other effect it will have is making Champions who have powerful AD scaling abilities and can stack it fast incredibly powerful were talking
.
Now I am not saying Fervor in its current form is good for the game, but Riot is really only hurting a subset of champions with this change instead of bringing Fervor into line with the other damage keystones.
I REPEAT THIS IS NOT A NERF.

112 was most problematic throughout the season on Yasuo (and I'm a Yasuo main) and ADCs.
This change is a buff to Yasuo and Tryndamere's later game damage (both easily get 100% crit), and barely affects ADC damage, due to crit. It will also be stronger on auto attacking champions who benefit from higher AD, like Riven and maybe Wukong (an extra 250+ damage on his ultimate lol). On the other hand it dumpsters actual on-hit junglers (WHO WEREN'T A PROBLEM) like Master Yi (I guess you have to go crit Yi now) or Warwick.
aatrox can go crawl in his shithole :D
