I flash it, wasting my only escape but I still get grabbed by his damn arm thing that has great range on top of his fog jump. So he proceeds to cc me just long enough for his team send me to fountain. And that's without using his ult, which will literally send me right back into his team to guarantee my death. What exactly am I supposed to do stay at fountain?

Flash doesn't take you out of range of everything. You flash away from the jump, you still have to get away from his Q.

Flash isn't an auto "Save me" button.

No, I am tired of making posts that get shit on then a few days later the same post I just made ends up on the front page. You people click the post just to nit-pick at it.
