Playing Jinx feels really underwhelming

The attack speed nerfs on Q actually make her early lane harass kind of non-existent. The previous AS nerfs to the mini-gun were at least understandable from a turret taking perspective at the time. Add on to that, the ult just feels really, really extremely underwhelming. At all stages of the game I feel like I'm not doing as much as I can playing any other adc. Does anyone feel the same?

At the very least, the attack speed reduction on rockets never seemed to make sense, it already costs mana as is.

Riot had a looooot of trouble getting Jinx out of her 53% win rate / 35% play rate phase last year, why should they rush into buffing her when her current 51.2% win rate and 14% play rate are already very decent? You are just asking for her to go back to being the flat out best ADC again.

Honestly for that pick rate the win rate is still pretty high.

Higher pick rate = Lower win rate in most cases.

Nope, don't feel that way at all.

Nope, I still feel like she's more of a hyper carry than any other ADC. Her ult lets you steal objectives and pick up kills from across the map... Her rockets destroy people in team fights late game... Not sure what more you want.

Actually, Jinx is not considered a hyper carry statistically speaking like Vayne or Kog'Maw. Someone actually pulled out the graphs and numbers to educate me on ti when I called her a hyper carry.

Apparently, current Jinx is an early and mid game beast with a super big spike during the teamfight stages. But once you hit the 40 and 50 minute mark her success-rate drops off significantly whereas Vayne and Kog still shred anything in front of them. I am not sure if this has always been the case or if she has always statistically been like this, but that was the official stats from Riot themself they linked me.

Now, I can understand this being that she has no escapes and is rarely protected the same way Kog is once those big late game teamfights hit. I still think she is very strong in this meta looking at those stats since this is a much quicker gametime meta than previous so it fits her power curve. I'd still play her if I was back in the adc seat. Currently playing support since I never trusted my supports when I was adc and they never dropped vision reliably. Now, I manage the vision.

Shes still a monster late game and has a decent laning phase. So I really dont know what you want more lol.

I think she is a prime example of what "balanced" should mean.

And you're aware she gets a HUGE ad boost along with making her attack AOE and longer ranged. She can hit baron/dragon with autos from outside the pit on the wall (when using rockets)

That's her harrass in lane, Not minigun. Minigun is for farming/Single target kills.
