Preseason has some good points
-Klepto removed
-Aftershock no longer abused by pyke, pyke's win rate dropped to 46% because now he actually can be killed without him getting +100 armor/mr for landing a cc.
-Conqueror doesn't nullify tanks anymore, all tanks have massive win rates now (which might requires to nerf them but at least they're relevant now).
-"Supports" don't outtrade you in lane anymore thanks to spellthief free damage, and thresh players need to play enchanters if they want to sustain throughout the laning phase.
-Infernal dragon and dragons in general aren't snowballing machines anymore and have fun effects on the map, same can be said for rift herald.
-XP changes makes midlane/toplane relevant again (depending on the champion you play), a lvl 12 jayce can two shot a lvl 9 adc.
-Jungle requires skill now instead of just clearing the jungle once and then ganking everywhere while waiting 150 sec for the camps to respawn.
-Conqueror makes battlemages not going full hiroshima mode like
, seriously I'm so glad vlad plays like a dps champion again you have elite500 building him bruiser with protobelt + zhonya + spirit visage instead of just rushing spellbinder and rabadon to cosplay an assassin. I think stack duration should be 6 seconds on ranged champions instead of 8 but other than that I don't think conqueror is op on ap champions because it requires them to stay alive to use it which means they can't go full ap. Ryze on the other hand was broken even without it so he should be nerfed.
that being said, there are downsides which should be fixed asap
-sanguine blade got fixed, idk if it was enough but this item is an aberration it's complete garbage on assassins and broken on champions like tryndamere.
-Elder dragon execute should either be nerfed into oblivion or straight up removed, "if you had 20% hp in late game, you were dead most of the time" HOW ABOUT NO? there are a thousand of champions
who could have turned the teamfight while being low hp and now they get randomly screwed up by a 20% execute? the guy who designed that was either bronze or had no sense of how to play the game in late game. 20% hp on ANYONE tank or squishy champion, was huge, all you're doing is making the game even more unfun to play because you have less chance to turn the table in a late game teamfight.
