think of all the toxic, terrible mages out there teemo, leblanc, malz and fizz if their items got buffed, they would be horrible again

teemo is a marksman mage, just as LB is 100% both an assassin and a mage. Hybrid champs are weird like that.

No, Teemo is a marksman/assassin. Teemo does not rely on many spell casts for damage over time. He relies on spell casts for burst or auto attacks for damage over time.

Nope. Marksman-Assassin is what he is. Not a Mage in the slightest.

yes, I am a Teemo main and I had sucess building ad, ap, hybird, onhit, tank, support and they all worked

Malzahar is getting a mini-rework soon and they are apparently completely fine with Fizz (they basically reverted his rework after all). LeBlanc has a tendency to "win lane, lose game", but is quite simillar to Fizz in regards to balance.

So no. If they don't want to buff mages it is, because that'd mean AD overlords would stop being overlords.

be real here... sure graves is toxic, but a fizz one shotting a person is much worse, then dodging everthing thrown at him

assassin mage, both are 100% accurate.

shes a primary assasin, then a secondary mage. Primary mages usually have more utility, LeBlanc only has a snare.

Malzahar is not in a shitty state, he has the highest winrate out of all mid laners, according to champion.gg....I know...it's crazy.

Stop saying Teemo is a mage. He's not.

Right now it's more effective to build AP on him, but that doesn't make him a mage. Just like being a marksman doesn't make him an ADC.
