Redesign Ezreal so that some items can be buffed

Riot, I am tired of hearing that the reason you can't put the AP back on , an AP ARMOR item which is needed at the moment because overpowered AD assassins. This champion is stopping A LOT of AP items from being buffed ( ), so just rework him to be less hybrid damage and more ADC, what he is supposed to be played for.

What is the point of keeping him AP so that any AP item that comes out will be instantly nerfed BECAUSE of this guy?
