Looks like a nerf since the strat with zz is for it be like a temp 6th champion that can just afk hold/start a push on a side lane while your team puts pressure on the other side of the map, and with the lowered duration the pressure it provides wont last as long when you drop it then rotate w/ team to the other side of the map.

Straight up buff.

Now you can push them out more often and replace ones that get killed quicker......

Strongly disagree. The change makes it so you can't drop it in a lane and have it push while you pressure another lane or go help your team. It makes it more of an interactive item instead a set it and forget it type of thing. Like dropping it in bottom lane then go pressure Baron. Enemy team loses Baron if anyone goes to deal with it or loses bot towers if they stay to contest

because 90 seconds of free push isn't enough to pressure another lane?

No, it's 60 second less of pressuring another lane

Early game buff and late game nerf. Early game there is really nothing different outside of the fact that you can place down another portal more quickly if someone destroys it while still offering the same pushing power as live. Late Game you won't be able to afk push with it as well becaues of the reduced duration.

Yeah, i was wondering about that.

Its a nerf if you place it somewhere that it wont be touched and let it afk pressure a lane, which was my main use case as a support main so i could group with my team while helping to control side waves.

Its a buff for siegeing and dedicating split pushers because they can drop it in lane and use it to push down a tower more quickly more often due to the lower cooldown.

I'm guessing that they want you to use it in situations where the portal is placed nearish to you so you contest its placement as a mini objective instead of using it for free lane pressure on the other side of the map.

Change. You'll be able to reposition it more often, making it better for seiges. But its lowered duration makes it worse for splitpushing, while the owner roams to other lanes.

It's an overall buff in my opinion because most split pushes in decent ELOs only last individually for about 2 minutes at most before you are noticed. Sometimes you are stopped immediately however and your gate is destroyed. This makes this less punishing.

Worse then you have enough mappreasure that it can afk push while your opponents are to busy dealing with you and your team to take it out, else it's better cause you mostlikely want/need to replace it sooner anyway.

Rebalance. It mostly depends on how you're planning on utilizing the portal, but the ideal is that if you're super ahead, it's a nerf. If you're behind, it's a buff.

If the enemy team keeps destroying your zzrots, it's a buff.

If you find yourself needing to reposition it often (took inhib, now you want to pressure another lane / inhib respawned and you need to use it to defend another lane) it's a buff.

If you're unable to keep placing it because you've been pressuring some other objective/lane for 5 years, it's a nerf. (ie. If you're super ahead, it'll be a nerf).
