Bastion damn that's a lot of free armor

So just did a quick game to see how Taric plays. Not going to lie, he seems WAY stronger... can't really say if he's "too strong", but one thing i will say is i'm not sure if he should be able to build 40 CDR and always have his heal up (assuming he lands the auto attacks). Also not 100% on if his Bastion should be giving him and an ally 20% of his armor passively at rank 5. I had basic masteries, +9 armor off runes, and threw on a just to see. I ended up rocking about 200 armor, which means a bonus 40 armor for me and one ally (or 80 armor total). I don't know the exact math, but that seems like a lot of free gold for an ability that is always active assuming Taric isn't dead or super far away.

...That's nothing compared to how much he used to have. It was nerfed

Current: Bonus Armor: 10 / 12.5 / 15 / 17.5 / 20% of Taric's armor

Previous: Passive: Taric's gemstones increase his Armor by 10/15/20/25/30. Additionally, nearby allied champions gain 12% of Taric's Armor.

So previously, Taric would gain 30 + (Total armor x 1.12%). Say you buy item 3075 . 100 Armor. easy to Calculate with.

Taric at 18 would have 92.476 Armor without runes/masteries. Taric would have 222.476 + (222.476 x 12%) = 249.173 armor. Surrounding champs would gain 26.7 armor

Current Taric has 82.8 base armor at 18. Add 100 armor from item 3075 for 182.8 armor + 20% bonus armor (20 armor) for 202.8 Armor (20 being shared to one other champ).

Ok, what armor amount makes New Taric = Old Taric with armor amount? 680 Bonus armor

However, Taric now gives more Bonus armor to a single ally at 170 Bonus armor compared to Old Taric...who gave the same amount of armor to the whole team.

TL;DR - Old Taric gave more armor. So don't be so amazed by a lesser amount. His scaling has changed as well.
