Twitch might be sleeper OP

I love playing Twitch, but he seems to be really strong as of late, even with the 2 seconds off the ult. I actually use the resets on Q quite a bit. He's not seeing a whole lot of play, but his winrate is pretty high. Thoughts?

less vision is always better for the stealth champions. gives them more openings. the reset is hardly useful, (it is, but not the main reason) he benefits from the hurricane changes the most giving him more crit and a better chance to pick enemy carries.

I recently started playing League of Legends and Twitch was my first Champion and he is really OP because like Volibear nobody knows how strong he is. for example his insane attack speed plus damage items can make him do 500 damage a second if he is fed enough he is just hard too learn how to play which is why nobody plays him

Incorrect, he can do 3000 damage a second if he lands his ult on the entire team, has Ghostblade active, and is otherwise full build. I tried this and shredded entire enemy team to bits and pieces.

twitch is op as fuck but because he's in the underlying meta nobody plays him so nobody carries with him (38.8k mastery points of experience) wooooooooo
