With the upcoming nerfs for Soraka, can we reintroduce hitting multiple champs with Starcall benefit

I don't know if anyone remembers this, but back when they first reworked Soraka, Starcall could heal herself immediately with Starcall, with each champion struck healing her for more and more.

"For each enemy champion hit by Starcall, Soraka restores 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65 (+ 20% AP) health. The amount is increased by 1% for every 1% of Soraka's missing health to a maximum of 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 / 130 (+ 40% AP)."

With the upcoming nerfs to Soraka, she's going to struggle a lot in the early game, and possibly mid game too, until she's finally able to max out Starcall and Astral Infusion. The animation returned out of no where back in August or September, where hitting multiple champions with Starcall shows multiple stars flying back to Soraka. This wasn't the case before, but it's in there now.

With the harsh nerfs directed at Soraka, especially the healing she receives from Rejuvenation and the mana cost increase to Starcall, I think it would be fair for Rejuvenation to increase its healing per champion struck, 25% increase per champion beyond the first. It would benefit support Soraka much more than top Soraka, who would continue to suffer laning alone with the upcoming nerfs.

It was a fair healing system and it would force her back to bot lane to heal as much , solo healing wouldn't be as beneficial as it is on top lane so she would be easier to be chunked down on solo lane but keep her healthy on bot lane. +1

i think the use of Hp to heal should be removed .

Tbh id rather they add something extra to her E thats support based and just nerf Qs healing. Idk the W change is just fucking weird and random.

"We dont want soraka to be a heal bot" nerfs Q max and E max soraka. "Nvm we want soraka to heal and do nothing else" like did they change the gameplay team or something?

Really i just want to play soraka i dont really care what lane im in but id prefer bot. Also idk if these changes even fix soraka top.

I would like this but I'd have to say no because AP scaling doesn't matter for enchanters anymore and they can just remove that stipulation with heal and shield power, which will increase their healing and make them build like a bruiser. If heal and shield power as a stat was removed and those items could be used for just their actives/passives instead, sure this would be a nice idea, but heal and shield power exist.

They'd have to nerf her healing significantly if HP wasn't the cost of her healing. There's a reason it costs HP to heal, her heal is extremely powerful.

Tbh her abilities have probably been changed around as much if not more than Ryze, but the problem is more in her simplistic nature. Her abilities are all relatively safe to land, and heal and shield power dumbed her down even more because you don't have to play as safely as you used to. At this point I think they should just make her a mid laner with support abilities because of how polarizing she is. Enchanters as a whole are a problem though, they've been some of the top supports for as long as I can remember, tank supports are barely played as much, especially since heal and shield power were introduced because now they all build pretty similarly. I don't think there are many patches they've been actually bad.

They can't slow down her Q because if they do it'll feel bad to play with and people will be able to dodge it way more easily, but it's also relatively easy to hit. They can't lessen the radius because if they do you could probably just side step it easily, they could lessen the damage but then Soraka becomes a heal bot again. They have to either rework her again, or keep nerfing her every time she crops up because she blows everything else out of the water.
