How do i get 3 auto attacks off as mordekaiser?

Okay, so if hes a duo laner he should still have his own way of fighting someone without baiting them to attack him. (for no reason)

Vayne: has tumble / R / E

MF: has an aoe slow (E)

corki: has poke and W for initiation

Ashe: has R to intiate and slows to stick

Draven: has E and W to move faster and slow

Ezreal: has E for movement

Jinx: has W slow and E roots

Kalista: is kalista

Kog'maw: E slow for engage / disengage / kiting

lucian: has E dash and W movement speed boost

Graves has W slow and vision blindness and E dash

Quinn for fucks sakes has R to escape and E to engage!

trist has W

Twitch can stealth in and use Slow to mediate targets movement

Varus has Ult and E which slow / root movement

AS YOU CAN SEE, MORDE HAS NONE OF THESE HE CAN DO ALONE.

I was gonna be a troll and say "build AS hur dur" but this actually makes sense.
