Yea ashe needs to be toned down just a tad
She's not 4.20 warwick broken but she's pretty damn strong in solo queue and competitive right now
I'd be really surprised if she's not touched within the next few patches

She's not even as strong as Jinx. after both nerfs.
http://champion.gg/statistics/#?sortBy=general.winPercent&order=descend
She's being picked more than Jinx in competitive now in 5.9, before Jinx's second nerf
Now she has a 2% higher win rate than Jinx
She's naturally going to be better in competitive. She's a champion designed around utility, not hard carrying.
But she has the highest ADC win rate in solo queue lol
Anything else?
52.71 = Ashe 52.51 = Jinx A 0.2% difference.
I'm not sure that's a really noticable difference. And Jinx is still a full 10% more popular than Ashe. People just need to learn what to play into her. (Lucian, Graves, Ezreal, Varus) Give is a little more time, and let it settle.
Yes, today. Tomorrow it could easily be Jinx. "2% is too big of a difference to change in a day", you say? Yeah, yeah it is, but that's only champion.gg's statistic. Check lolking and they're only separated by 0.25%.
Ashe has no mobility, a shorter range, conditional power, and a weaker mid game. It's harder for her to press her advantage and carry.
That's actually a quite good prediction, to be frank.
But can you expect Riot (or any game developer, for that matter) to get a rework 100% right in-house? I honestly don't think so - one hour on the live server is probably more games than they can do in, like, a month.
I just think she's a bit overtuned. That's all. Just tone her down and she'll be fine
