Can We Buff Gold Income Runes?

I understand Riot's hesitation to buff gold income items for supports because of the room for abuse by other roles, but what if gold income runes themselves received an increase?

As it stands having 9 gold yellows and 3 gold quints nets a player 5.25 gold per 10 seconds.

I think an increase to 8 gold per 10 seconds wouldn't be too massive of a buff to gold income runes.

Seals can be increased from .25 gold per 10 to .4 gold per 10.

Quints can be increased from 1 gold per 10 to 1.5 gold per 10.
