Not all Annie's build that, so yes she still has like no mobility.

If she was weak due to mobility, then she would buy protobelt. The fact that she doesnt always buy protobelt means that she probably doesnt care that she is immobile.
Thank you for strengthening my argument. I wouldnt have thought of this otherwise. [slayer-jinx-catface]
Anyway....the argument hinges upon the fact that annie is weak due to the fact that she has no mobility. It kinda falls apart when she actually can choose to have mobility. "Unsound arguments"-wikipedia.
We've been over this one a lot by now. Yes, Annie benefits from the dash offered by Hextech Protobelt. No, it doesn't break her, partly because of the short self-silence, partly because the thing is a horribly inefficient use of an item slot except for the active. Annie is still a burst mage that is heavily gated by her short range, and still finds herself tied pretty tightly to Flash in order to make plays.

Oh i didnt even know about the self silence. ggwp
It was introduced mainly to address concerns that Annie would break the game in half with this thing. That, combined with the low stats it offers, make it a nicely balanced niche item with clear trade-offs.

its not in the tooltip.
It's not mentioned, but it's there. Taliyah's W tooltip doesn't mention that you can't cast any other spells during the cast time, but that's definitely there.

I just looked at the tooltip. no silence is mentioned. wtf. liar.
By this logic, literally every non-mobile ap/support has mobility now.
Plahs, bruh, larn 2 zpull.
