Riot said they would wait to buff champs affected by the Rylies nerfs. Well 2 months later, not one single champ has been buffed.
What about those champs? I guess they are doing just fine and no buffs are needed........

As a Morde main, the nerf hit hard.
First boots where nerfed Than Morde himself was nerfed Than Rylias was nerfed.
