How badly does a bad computer affect your gameplay?

How much does a 15 fps computer w/ 100 ping whilst playing on the lowest resolution which basically lets you see your champ and a few things around it (also lowest settings) affect your gameplay?

the 15 fps-ish is during teamfights, 30 fps in laning phase.

That's pretty unplayable

It has a very appreciable effect on your gameplay once you realize the full magnitude of what you've been missing when you start playing on something that isn't meant to cut greens on. I used to play on an acer aspire one 720, now I don't, and trust me, the difference is very real.

sounds like my old laptop, you can not make it past plat, your rig will just limit your reaction time and gameplay too much for you to contribute unless your positioning and timing is spot on all game. Or you're a support main that duos and gets carried.

I use to play with 10-20 fps with 100-150 ping, it takes around a couple months to play decently. It's trouble, but you'll get use to it - however, you'll always be disadvantaged, since you're reacting slower to input than others.

I now play around 60-80 fps with 90-100 ping, the difference is incredible. Literally, it was kinda weird for two games because everything is happening faster, so you have to react faster than before.
