so its been about 3 months...

since the nerfs to her HP and Trap damage. nid is no longer really viable in the jungle. so at first glance all would seem that these nerfs did thier job.

but did they really?

NOTE: i am not defending JUNGLE nidalee in ANY way. i am merely pointing out that these nerfs did NOTHING to stop her in the jungle and ONLY hurt her laning. which did NOT need a nerf"

lets talk about her trap nerf. this was intended to nerf her damage vs jungle mobs so she wouldnt have an easy clear and a fast gank at lvl 3 with full hp. and did it work? yes!!! so whats the problem?

well there are two problems here.. first off nidale traps already had an 150 damage cap on mosters. if you wanted to nerf her jungle.. all you needed to do was lower the cap.

2nd nidalee ganks were REALLY oppressive for a few reasons.. the major one being.. he spears were freaking invisible!! so how do we fix this issue? we nerf her traps to deal less damage vs players!!! great job riot!!! becuase you know it was her traps damage vs players that made nidalee oppressive in the jungle.

don't get my wrong keep the nerf to nids damage vs monsters.. but honestly do we really need nids traps to deal 40 damage to players (26 after MR) until nid hits lvl 14?

after this nerf we nerf nids HP.

SEROIUSLY nid has a HEAL. if she is in the freaking jungle as long as she has ANY hp she can heal herself. this doesn't hurt her jungle AT ALL. this hurts her laning phase. and of course every nid has REALLY high survibale becuase they build tanky and resists... yeah, no, not really

so lets step back a momnet and think why did nid even become viable in the jungle... what massive buff brought this doom upon us.

"nids traps now root monsters and proc hunted on them"

OMG wow that is like REALLY strong vs players.

So we nerfs nid's TRAPS and her HP.

both of which do nothing to her jungle and really hurt her laning phase.

so WHY is nid not an issue in the jungle anymore?

well lets think.. for two reason.. first of which.. her spears arn't freaking invisible anymore

and more importantly. CINDERHULK with the rise if the Tank meta nidalee is in a REALLY bad spot... nidalee cant do shit against tanks. and the only defense she HAD was to lay down a trap and to hope the players was dumb enough to go step on it.

now we can all see that nidalee donest have a 80% ban rate anymore and that the NERFS to nid had ZERO effect on WHY she no longer has a 80% ban rate.

we we please discuss WHY we are keeping nerfs that clearly failed in thier function, (which was to nerf her jungle) and suceeded in nerfing nid's laning, which she DIDN'T need.

becuase while i always though nid jungle would be fun.. it certainly isnt worth the needless nerfs to got to my laning nidalee... if they nerfs Actally accomplished somthing.. then yes.. i can see them staying... but they did NOTHING to remove nid from the jungle and only hurt her laning.... so WHY are they still here.

i can 100% guarentee you if cinderhulk was released FIRST. nidalee would have have NEVEr have gotten nerfed. becuase she never would have been viable in the first place with the tank meta. so why are we keeping laning nidalee nerfed when the intended target was her jungle.

i dont CARE about nidalee jungle i dont care if its not viable at all. i just dont want my laning phase nid which ive been playing for 3 years to be nerfed just becuase nid "could" jungle at once point especially if they nerfs DIDN'T EVEN WORK!!!! maybe if they nerfs were the actaul reason why she isnt banned at 80% anymore i woudl'nt have a problem with them. but they are not.. the nerf accomplished NOTHING in the jungle and ONLY hut her laning phase. which did NOT need a nerf.
