So it's come to this again.... asking for Evelynn buffs.... (Recent gutting)

I was very hesitant to admit it, but I came to realize fairly recently that Evelynn is underpowered. The removal of Spell Sword and the changes in masteries as a whole hit her quite hard... the removal of Runeglaive was another fell swoop that damaged her clears and assassination potential.

All of this turned Evelynn into what many have considered the worst jungler atm... I disagreed and argued vehemently against them... but they were right, I have actually slowed down a lot of my Evelynn maining and played Sejuani to much greater effect. Evelynn was underpowered BEFORE Runic Echoes was chosen to be gutted.

Now Riot has chosen to gut Runic Echoes, further throwing Evelynn back into Eve tier.

For context;

Runic Echoes: Increased movement speed reduced from 10% to 7%

So rather than addressing the problem (Udyr/Elise and possibly Nidalee) you choose to nerf everyone that does not deserve to be nerfed. Nicely done Riot. I have played Evelynn since the early days of 4 Sunfire Cape stalking (Trololol) and continued to use her to this day, but this gutting has finally forced me to switch to a different jungler until you finally decide to buff her appropriately.

Buff Evelynn. She desperately needs it. You have all but straight-gutted her and it is not acceptable. This is from a long time Evelynn main that stuck through the removal of DFG and gutting of her ratios, gg.
