Bruisers and fighters are unplayable top lane now against tanks or anyone that isnt full glass cannon.

Why did they replace fervor with another ADC only keystone???? Press the attack is not bad (ON ADCS) but its dogshit on ad fighters, what am i supposed to use vs tanks as riven now? And they also removed the %pen mastery too...Thanks riot.

Press the attack is good on bruisers though. If you dislike it, try electrocute instead.
