Only complaint about Veigar E
Was playing Veigar yesterday, really liking the changes, but there's one thing that really annoys me about his E. It no longer stuns champions that go under or over the wall. For example, Vlad can now pool out of Event Horizon. I don't know if this is intentional, but I think it should be changed back if it is. It's meant to trap, blinks should still get out unstunned, but everything else should not.
