Oh, You're JUST NOW REALIZING THAT THIS IS WHY SORAKA HAS BEEN GETTING NERFED, REWORKED, AND SWAPPED AROUND?

God you're dense. These GW changes have been around for 6 months now. And guess what, They're getting changed to 40% Healing reduction to ALL healing in 6.9.
