if the mathematical formula were consistent from release date, givin 2 bans per summoner.

6 ÷ 42 = 14% of the champion pool banned

Since release, 98 champions have been added to the roster.

20 ÷ 140 = 14%

Regardless, I'm just happy everybody gets ban now.

It's been a long time coming and I'm grateful. Started this game in S2 and I've been wanting 1 ban per summoner since late S3/early S4.

I get my ban, that's what matters.

There were only 4 bans at the start.

Again, I started in post-season 2 and was told there has always been 6 bans.
