Kassadin literally now has less damage, all in, poke, escape/chase, and utility than Nidalee and Kalista, who are both also ranged. If you were to compare this game's balance to World War 2, Kalista is Hitler, Nidalee is the Waffen SS, and Kassadin is the Jewish people being the scapegoat.
