yea, youre kindof discouraged of building crit with her e. but whats exactly the problem with that? its not like shes lacking options in raw ad items.

Her Q is in a much shorter CD? They have the same CD, except if you hit someone, than the CD is way shorther. But the damage is WAYYYYY lower, both the scaling and the base damage. Her W is better, yes, but the CD got doubled, no longer gives AD, and she has to root herself to use it. So, assuming a duel with a AA champion, old W was better Her E is just plain worse. Only lasts for 2 AA, doesn't reset on kills or assists, and the CD is only better at later lvls. Her R is bad. It's just make her passive better for 8 seconds basically. Old R gave more tools to duel and sustain than this new one, since you have to be dancing around your target to proc 4 vitals, and it doesn't even add any damage.
