Get rid of support role

Seriously, just get rid of it. Not enough people want to play it. But more than that....

Too many times games are lost because the support and adc just don't mesh well together. You can almost predict the outcome of a game based on the first 5 minutes of what bot lane does.

Just introduce a support jungle role. I dunno, make travel buffs and things that enable support junglers to get to lane to lane relatively fast, and allow turrets to work as a conduit for certain abilities so that they can sometimes effect a lane they are not in, but an ally champion is nearby.

Support sucks. Get rid of it, 3 solo lanes, 2 junglers--one a hunter and one a support roamer. Everyones happy.

How about, instead of letting Riot enforce the lane meta, we ask for more flexibility? Players made this meta after all, and we should be allowed the power to change it.

I'm still fairly new to league so I don't know about the higher elos but in bronze I think the support role is useless. I would rather tower hug/2v1 botlane than be stuck with someone who hates their role and refuses to try and play properly, and/or spams abilities randomly.

It's frustrating because if I get landed with support, despite how much I hate it, I'll always try my best and watch out for my adc all game. I'd stick to them like glue and make sure they don't die...but rarely do I come across another player who'd extend the same courtesy to me when roles are reversed. I like the idea of duo jg but in reality people in my games would just dodge.

I'm Commenting on this old post because they brought back auto fill. So many players in ranked and in normal draft don't want to play support. Either remove the role or don't enable auto fill. If a player likes to play a different lane they will quit if they are forced to play support just because the majority don't want to play it.

You know, there's trundle for you and some other champion who do just as well as semi-supps.

Hell, even ash can go support and build ADC later in the game.
