I personally think he's op af.
Sure he's immobile or w.e but the oppressive long ranged harrass/poke is insane.
Its not just the damage, he's got decent cc, low mana costs, and mostly line/field damage meaning he doesn't have to aim around creep for anything but Q, which is designed for painting the corners..
But no he can stay under the radar forever I guess.

I don't know if Vel Koz is OP, but even if he was don't expect to gain any upvotes from the salty mage mains.

Truly Prideful1 votesHe's fine because he is simple to outplay. His abilities are pretty clear as to how you deal with them, they are all very dodgable. His ult isn't dodgable, but roots him so it requires decent positioning to get off without being canceled or blown up. I love playing as him or against him, he just feels fair for what he does.
