Dear Junglers and Supports,

You may not realize it, but most wins are directly a result of your efforts. So when you decide to not put forth that effort, it becomes a tremendous struggle to win. I understand that everyone plays a bit differently, but there are some role requirements that just can't be passed on.

Junglers need to gank and take objectives with their laners in order to get the laners and themselves ahead. Just power farming the jungle and never ganking severely hurts the win rate of your team. Especially if the opponents have a very active jungler. Objective control is also important. And by not having it, you allow for otherwise behind opponents a way back in.

Supports NEED a sightstone. There is no longer any excuse for not getting one. If it is not your first item it has to be the second. Vision wins games. It is amazing how easy it is to win a game if you know where the enemy is and where they are headed. Let the carrys take care of the damage, you have a different role. The role of support is not a carry heavy role. but none the less it is vital you play your part by warding as often as possible, which requires a sightstone. If you want to carry go a carry position, not support. Or go support but carry in a different way, by getting assists and providing vision.

Every role has their jobs, it is time for players to accept them and play their part of the team. If you dont want to support, then dont queue as one. If you want to farm for a while, go TOP or BOT, not Jungle.
