@Riot, why are you scared to put highly experimental changes to the PBE first?

If you notice, most of the community aren't dicks until broken buffs / heavy nerfs go live (Although it may seem that way because this boards community is ehhhh). Most of the responses to buff / nerf suggestion threads are "Well, we're testing these changes_ internally_ as of now and will be pushed to the PBE if we find success with them".

WHY

The PBE is supposed to be a testing ground for changes, not 2 weeks of early access for stuff before it goes live. Why not just put insanely huge, radical changes to champions on the PBE and let the community who plays them respond with their thoughts.

Not trying to be rude just asking.

They mostly use pbe after internal testing for balance. Its more to find bugs and get numbers then to have a community that influences game decisions. Pbe players are the lab rats, not the scientists. Imo.

Most of the time it's not even used for balance changes.
