You should probably look into why they are being permabanned instead of finding ways to keep them from being permabanned.
If they have extremely high ban rates there's a reason why, whether it be frustration in their kits/playrates or something genuinely unhealthy.
And if you are going to create ways for these champions to see more play then you really have to pay attention to why they were being permabanned in the first place..
TheUltimateLife2 votesNo. 1 talk on permaban is probably Yasuo. Also, the most common meme about Yasuo is that Yasuo players will feed. People don't want to play with him on grounds of that assumption, and they don't seem to understand proper ways to play against him (hence the flip side of that meme being the enemy Yasuo will always be a god). Yasuo seems just fine to me and he can be hard to play successfully. If people aren't doing their part to play against him, or if they just don't want to, they'll ban him. It's not the end of the world for any case; that's why bans exist. There'd be 0 bans if we were just going on the ideal that all champs should be viable and balanced.
Rand0mH3r0X1 votesI like the everyone gets a blind ban idea. That way if everyone wanted to ban teemo/shen/yi for whatever reason, those would be the only champs banned. :D
