To make the matchmaking system that will match solo bot lanes duo with other solo bot lane duos. I am absolutely tired of going on a game and seeing two people in the same clan. They have a natural advantage and are probably using voice communication and it just seems completely unfair.

I am talking about normals, as WELL as ranked

Nobody complained about this whenever there was solo/duo queue with no clubs. No one noticed, but now that you can see whose with who all of a sudden its unfair.

Making sure every lane is equal in skill would just make queues take 100 times as long...
