Honestly, why would you EVER pick shadow assassin when playing Kayn??
Rhaast is like super tanky and has SO much sustain along with frekin awesome knockup on his W. Meawhile, Shadow assasin is more fragile than a baby with osteoporosis.

dash > pause > spin
to
dash > spin
this makes it so he can execute targets faster and have more mobility, it gives him the burst he can have with W but doesnt really increase his damage so as not to break him

Agreed, But lets not do this right now, IMO I think the community is still adapting to Kayn.

Literally impossible to kill in 3s, even with Grievous Wounds. Cooldowns on him are just way too low and the healing is way too high.

What did you expect? I don't think any changes are needed right now, That champion is perfectly balanced right now.

SH assassinates really badly Rhaast literally doesn't die and here is the thing; They both deal nearly the same amount of damage only, Rhaast has 1000 heals and is tanky AF.

SH Kayn assassination is the most smoothest pattern I have yet to come across, Even a support main playing SH Kayn can assassinate very nicely, You walk up to the enemy carry with your mobility boots + 70% boost from Shadow Step, You press W, You press Q and you auto attack once proc'ing the duskblade passive and you hurt like a truck in a short amount of time, and you even have your ult if needed which is never unless the enemy flashes right after getting hit by your reaping slash (W)
Rhaast on the other hand does not deal the same damage as SH Kayn would to enemy squishes but is superior in every other way.

You want to be slippery go shadow, you want man mode in your face? go rhaast.
Right now rhaast has enough mobility to make shadow pointless
