I think it's time to introduce to the rift. It would be a perfect addition in release with as it's a Lunari staple. It has such wide coverage of stats and could be utilized by a variety of champs such as , most of which are struggling in the current meta. Also, preseason is the perfect time to balance AP Bruiser items, as they tend to be problematic. Adjusting the stats to be favored by AP Bruisers and not AP Assassins would be a step in the right direction for item diversity.
