There needs to be a normal/draft lobby with team level/rank restrictions as if it was ranked.

I don't want to have to play ranked to have a fair game, nor do I think I should have to. But currently it is the only way to have a somewhat close in skill level game. Normals are way too one sided way too often. Having a game where there are Diamond/Platinum players vs Silvers/Bronze players is a more common occurrence than only Silver/Bronze players vs only Silver/Bronze games. You get 4 man premade vs 1 duo with a sub 30 friend. So, what season 7 needs is a unranked, normals/draft queue with the same matchmaking level/rank restrictions as in ranked queue.
